||2018 Buick Encore Sport Touring AWD, Michigan clean/clear title, 24,035 not actual miles. The mileage on the vehicle is actual, however the battery was missing when I purchased it. The auction house was to lazy to verify the miles, and correct the paperwork, so I have to sell the vehicle as not actual miles, when in fact the mileage is truly actual.
Equipped as follows:
1.4L turbo 4 cylinder engine, automatic, cold air, cruise, tilt & telescoping steering column. Power steering, brakes, windows, locks, and drivers seat. Fog lamps, anti-lock brakes, 18 inch aluminum alloy mag rims, and rear wiper/defogger. Hands free telephone equipped, on star navigation, remote start, rear backup warning system with camera, and AM FM stereo. Roof rack, security system, key less entry, loaded.
Condition as follows:
This vehicle was in a building that caught on fire. It looks like the hottest part of the fire was more toward the right front of the vehicle. Even though the hood and right fender need to be stripped and repainted, I cannot see or feel any warps in the metal on those panels. The right front fender plastic outer snap in wheel well lip, and inner plastic fender well need to be replaced. You will still need both of the front headlamp assemblies, front grill, and a front bumper cover, with the very lower grill, and right fog lamp assembly. The left fog lamp assembly is fine. The fire did not get into anything under the hood, with the vehicle running perfect, and is actually still drivable. All the glass is good, except for the windshield that needs to be replaced. The front plastic cowl trim panel along with both front and one rear wiper blades all need to be replaced. The roof panel, also needs to be stripped and repainted. There is one outward tiny dimple in the right front windshield post, and two small dimples in the roof panel, one on each side, just inside the front of the roof racks, that also need to be replaced. The rear roof antenna needs to be replaced. The four upper plastic trim panels on the four upper corners, need to be replaced. The rear deck/truck lid is good, but the plastic upper center trim panel is distorted. and the upper plastic trim panel of the rear hatch is also bad. Both of the rear tail lights need to be replaced. The left fender has got a very small ding, in the middle of it, above that wheel lip molding. The rear bumper cover has got several scratches in the finish of it, and needs to be repainted. Both of the front door mirrors, are melted, and need to be replaced. The right front door has got some blistering in the paint of the upper front of it. The rest of all the doors are good, but the upper black finish next to the windows, needs to be repainted. The left front rim, has got some light road rash marks in the outer lip finish of it, and the right rear rim, has got a very small livable mark in it as well. All of the door handle chrome trim, have got some staining in the finish of them. The fire and heat did not damage anything on the inside of the vehicle. The interior is very clean, with no issues, or bad smells. Again, the vehicle runs perfect, and drives straight down the road, and has a brand new battery in it.
