This is a very unique truck. I originally purchased and sold it to my certified friend mechanic, back on 12/15/09, with 164,341 miles on it. He purchased it for the purpose of making it his plow truck to plow his business lot. He is very particular as I am and does everything the way it is supposed to be from every viewpoint. When I sold him the truck, it was damaged on the side. The damage never got into the frame, or mechanical of the truck. No air bag deployment, pretty much just sheet metal replacement. He repaired it. It had a Mi salvage title, and it passed the Michigan inspections, and in turn ended up with a Mi rebuilt title. Well he ended up having somebody do his winter plow work, and no longer needed this truck. It ended up, that my plow truck was falling apart, so I ended up buying the truck back from him on 8/21/14 with 197,530 miles on it. As you can see I only put around 3,000 miles on it over the last six years. I just used it around here, mostly to plow my lot when needed. Every time I used it, I would bring it back into my shop, and squirt everything down. It has been stored inside my heated shop for the last 6 years. I now am having my grass cutting and snow plowing done by somebody else as well, as to why I am selling it. This truck was never beat on and used as a construction workers beater. My mechanic did all of the proper work needed to maintain the truck. He also did the EGR delete to the truck. That was the problem they had back then on the 6.0 L diesel engines. So it currently runs perfect, and drives straight down the road. Over the span of ownership that I had, I added the step bars, and bug shield. The rear bumper had a small dent in it, and the rear tail gate was lightly rusting on the lower seam. I just went ahead an purchased those parts brand new from the local dealer, and had them painted and installed. The front tires have got about 90% tread left, the rears about 50%. Everything works except for the automatic front locking 4X4 hubs. You just have to manually lock them in as needed. The electronic transfer case works perfect. The truck overall is probably one of the cleanest trucks you will find. I really hate to get rid of it. Cosmetically, there are a couple of stone chips, here and there, and a couple of livable ding/dimples in the box sides, but it looks great, and I am very anal. There is a quarter sized rust blister on the upper right side corner of the front bumper. The interior is super clean as well, just showing some wear in the two front leather seats, mostly the drivers side. The plow works perfect, with a newer cutting edge on it. There is some surface rust on the outer mounting brackets, and back of the actual blade, that could very easily be touched up. Again, overall a super clean truck, with no issues, and running/driving perfect.
